Every piece of furniture, work of art and accoutrement is hand picked or, indeed, commissioned by the Levin family. Hence, it is the family's personally-chosen collection of original paintings which adorn the walls. The suite has an en suite with shower, an additional washroom and there is also a comfortable seating area with double sofa, chair, table and desk. With one super-king-size double bed or 2 single beds.

Under the direction of Chef Eric Chavot, The Capital Restaurant has an enviable reputation for excellence, gaining 2 Michelin stars. It serves French cuisine for lunch and dinner each day (additional cost). Meals in the restaurant are accompanied by a varied wine list, including labels from The Capital’s own vineyard, 'The Levin Winery' in the Loire Valley, France. Afternoon tea is served daily in The Sitting Room between 15:00 and 17:30. Enjoy homemade pastries, scones and delicious jams made by the hotel’s Pastry Chef, Andrew Gravett (booking required, additional cost).
