Group Bookings and Cancellation Policy: Please note that for bookings for 10 or more people, cancellations must be received at least 4 weeks before the date of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking as a cancellation or no-show charge.

Alternatively, the A2 Heathrow Airport bus runs regularly from the airport to Russell Square London Underground station. You could also take the train; the Heathrow Express runs approximately every 15 minutes from the airport to London Paddington station and takes just 15 minutes to reach Paddington. The hotel is just a short taxi ride from Paddington station and taxis are readily available from just outside the station. In addition, the Piccadilly line (dark blue) of the London Underground runs directly from the airport to Russell Square London Underground station, with a journey time of approximately 50 minutes.
