With just 3 rooms, the Fernlea Guest House offers a warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere and attentive, individual service. Decorated to a high standard, the guest house boasts 3-stars from the Scottish Tourist Board.

Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 09:00 - the exact time is arranged the night before. Nearby there is a choice of hotels, pubs and restaurants that are ideal for lunch or an evening meal.
By Car: From Dumfries: - Take the A75. - Drive straight through the town centre. - At the mini roundabout, turn left onto Lewis Street. - Fernlea is situated 500 metres further along on the right, just before the Ryan Leisure Centre and swimming pool. From Ayr: - Take the A77. - Take the first available left turn as you enter the town limits. - At the end of this road turn right. - You are now on the A75, follow the directions as above. If in doubt follow the signs for the swimming pool and leisure centre. Ideal for both Stranraer and Cairnryan Ferries.
