In beautiful grounds on the cliffs between Bude and Widemouth Bay, Elements' has fantastic coastal and countryside views. Enjoy superb rooms, excellent leisure facilities and a fine dinner menu.
Elements' has a bar and bistro, as well a gym where you may use the fitness equipment and sauna free of charge. There is also a solarium.
A purpose-built surfboard store and drying room is on site for your surfing/walking gear, bikes or kite-surfing rig. Foam surfboards are available to use.
If you fancy learning to surf, Elements' can arrange expert tuition from a former European champion.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
The bedrooms at Elements’ are comfortable and stylish, and come complete with contemporary en suite bathrooms, and LCD TVs with a PlayStation 2 for games, CDs and DVDs. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer.
This room has one single bed. Although this is not an en suite room, it has a sink. The shower and toilet are in a separate, private bathroom.

Elements Bistro serves dinner in the evenings from 17.00 Monday to Saturday. Breakfast is served daily between 08:30 and 09:30, although early breakfasts are available upon request for business customers Elements has fast established itself among the finest restaurants in North Cornwall, having received great recent reviews in The Times and The Telegraph newspapers. Contemporary English cuisine is served using the finest local produce, with emphasis on the excellent fish obtained from the local day boats. Eat fantastic food in lovely surroundings, whilst watching the sun setting over the Atlantic. The evenings are very busy so booking is essential.
By Car From the A30: - Take the B3254 Launceston exit to Bude. - Immediately, at the mini roundabout at Bude town centre, take the left fork signposted ‘Widemouth Bay Coastal Route’. - Elements is approximately one mile through Upton, on your left-hand side. By Public Transport There are coaches from Exeter to Bude by coach. Take a taxi from Bude to the hotel.
