Set in its own attractive grounds with ample car parking (charges apply), the hotel is a very convenient place to meet, enabling guests to combine business and pleasure. Unfortunately due to the age of the building, there is no lift.
During your stay, keep in touch with friends and family by making use of the BT Open Zone, which is fitted throughout the hotel at additional charge.

We do offer luggage assistance as we don’t have a lift.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged GBP 6.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Please note that from August 2007 until 2010 major redevelopment works are being undertaken at the Royal Shakepeare Theatre. Slight disturbances may be caused during this time. However, all work is scheduled to take place on Monday-Fridays during office working hours.
