This peaceful Lake District hotel is 2-minute stroll from Lake Windermere and the village of Bowness.
The Burn How is different to most hotels: all bedrooms are located within the private grounds, away from the main building. Enjoy the atmosphere of the lounge and bar, or the patio on a summer evening.
You can take picturesque walks from the hotel, or a cruise on Lake Windermere. If you take the Post Knott walk and find the hotel’s bench, bring back the inscription for a free drink.
