Dating back some 100 years, this family-run B&B close to the town centre was once the home of monks from the nearby church.
Near to beautiful countryside and the home of Robin Hood, the pleasant guest house accommodation is furnished to a high standard, and all rooms have en suite bathrooms. Described as 'a gem', the guest house comes with plenty of facilities including Freeview TV, and a large private car park with CCTV.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

From the A1 (north and south): - At the roundabout with the A614, A1, A60 and A57, take the A57 towards Worksop. - Follow this road, going straight over 2 roundabouts, onto the B6040 town centre. - Follow the B6040 towards the town centre, through Manton. - You will see Acorn Lodge on the right-hand side. - The entrance is at the side of the sandwich bar. From the M1 (from the south): - Take exit number 30 and follow the A619 to its junction with the A57. - Go straight over the roundabout onto Newcastle Street. - Turn right at the Vauxhall garage onto Westgate and follow this to a T-junction. - Turn left and follow the road, going straight over the mini-roundabout. - Acorn Lodge is situated on the left-hand side. The entrance is at the side of the sandwich bar. From M1 (from the north): - Exit at junction 31 and follow the A57 to Worksop. - At the Little Chef/A60 roundabout turn left onto Newcastle Street. - Turn right at the Vauxhall garage onto Westgate and follow this to a T-junction. - Turn left and follow the road, going straight over the mini roundabout. Acorn Lodge is situated on the left-hand side. - The entrance is at the side of the sandwich bar.
