And while we serve such traditional dishes as deep-fried fish and chips, in much of the exquisite food prepared by our chef and his team, delicate spices add a subtle twist to the dishes. When it comes to choosing wine to accompany your meals, you can make your selection from a wine list that contains many of the great, classic names as well as an impressive selection of wines from little-known but superb vineyards from around the globe.
You'll find us overlooking Jerseys most beautiful bay. We are 5 minutes from the airport. If you would rather travel by sea, the ferry from St Malo takes 45 minutes, from Weymouth around 4 hours. A taxi from the harbour will take you to the hotel in around 10 minutes.
