We offer twelve fully furnished apartments in the European district of Brussels, all stylishly decorated and with an area varying from 60 to 130 square metres they can also be called very spacious. These apartments are spread over 3 floors and all accessible via staircase and elevator. The apartments are fully equipped to the highest standard of comfort, with each apartment also having an individual design. We always had comfort and style in mind while furnishing these apartments.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 07:00 hours until 22:00 hours.
• You must check out by 12:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. EUR 55.00 service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 24.00 per day. Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 75.00 per week.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
