By Car (from Leeds): - Travel east on the A64. - Take the A1036 towards York city centre. - Pass the racecourse on the right and travel up the Mount and along Blossom Street towards Micklegate Bar. - Turn right at the traffic lights into Nunnery Lane. - Bear left over Skeldergate Bridge and over the roundabout. - Take the 1st left after the roundabout into Piccadilly. - Hotel 53 is on the right. Directions from the South: - Travel north on the M1. - At junction 32 take the M19 link to the A1 north. - At junction 2 take the A1 north. - Continue until the sign marked York A64 and follow directions as above. Directions from the East: - Take the A1079 Hull Road and through to Walmgate Bar. - Turn left into Hope Street and cross into Lead Mill Lane. - Turn right into Piccadilly. - Quality Hotel York is on the right.
