The Breaffy House Hotel is situated just outside the bustling town of Castlebar. The hotel dates back to 1890 and is an excellent base from which to explore the whole region. Breaffy House Hotel’s location offers easy access to numerous tourist attractions including Westport, Connemara national park and Knock Shrine. The hotel is a short drive from Knock international Airport.
Relax in the Kingfisher Aqua and Fitness Centre located in the Breaffy House Hotel. It has a 20 metre indoor pool, a fully equipped gym, 3 water therapy pool beds including a volcano feature and water curtain, sauna and Jacuzzi. This centre is perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
The hotel’s Mulberry Restaurant serves tasty and wholesome meals, prepared with the freshest of local produce. This award-winning restaurant is great for a romantic meal for 2, and can also accommodate larger parties.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances Breaffy House Hotel reserves the right to transfer bookings from Breaffy House Hotel to Breaffy Woods Hotel. Should a transfer be necessary, guests will be contacted prior to arrival. The Breaffy Spa is presently undergoing an extensive upgrade to offer treatments in luxurious surroundings. It will re-open in March 2009.
Each of our guest rooms are elegantly appointed with beautiful furnishings and charming decor. Most overlook the hotel's splendid grounds.
Offer Includes: 2 nights accommodation in a twin or double room, 2 adults sharing. Breakfast each morning and dinner on 1 evening of your choice. Minimum stay is 2 nights, 2 adults sharing.

The 2-bedroom Lodge includes 1 bedroom with a large double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette and spacious living area including a fold out sofa which sleeps 2. Individual car parking spaces are located at the front of each Lodge. Guests can also enjoy all the facilities at the Lynch Breaffy House Hotel. The Lodges at Breaffy House Hotel are the ideal base for a long-staying guest or for families. Please note that there is no cooker in your lodge but normal room service is available. Max Adults 4. Max Occ- 6-This occupancy is for Adults sharing with Children in line with our child policy, please state preference at time of booking.
