Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 15:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

If coming by road, the following directions are as follows: At Junction 32 of the m6, turn west onto the m55. Continue to the end of the m55. Cross the roundabout onto Yeadon Way. At the second roundabout, turn right. At the traffic lights, turn left into Waterloo Road. Carry on until you reach the Promenade. Turn right onto the Promenade and proceed for approximately 2 miles. The hotel should be on the right hand side.
