This new hotel is 4 miles (6.4 km) from Southampton city centre and 1 mile (1.6 km) from junction 7 of the M27. It is adjacent to the Rose Bowl and has free parking.

From m3 take m27 east towards portsmouth, then as follows : FROM WEST : Southampton/ Bournemouth. Turn off at Junction M27, Jct7 - filter left onto Charles Watts Way (Sainsbury superstore on left) and follow brown signs to the Rose Bowl. At first roundabout turn left into Tollbar Way. (B3342) Go straight across two roundabouts (McDonalds on right). At third roundabout, turn left into Botley Road (B3035). Cross over motorway and turn left at first traffic lights into Rose Bowl. The hotel sits at the intersection with Botley Road and Marshall Drive. FROM EAST: Portsmouth/Fareham. Take Junction 7 on M27. Cross over the motorway, follow the roundabout into Charles Watts Way (A334) - from here follow directions as for West. (i.e follow brown signs for Rose Bowl).
