The chef combines the flavours and scents of the region with traditional Mediterranean recipes. DirectionsBy train: Alight at "Chiavari". Walk along the Via Martiri della Liberazione until you come to the pedestrian street 'Caruggio Dritto'. Turn left into this street and walk along the right-hand side of the arcades until you come to the newspaper store. Then turn right and you will see the hotel. Walking distance: around 10 minutes. By car: - Take the A12 motorway and exit for "Chiavari". - Follow the signs for the centre and at the first crossroads turn left, following the signs towards the Hotel Monte Rosa. From the airport: Genoa Airport is the nearest airport from/to Chiavari (45 km away). Transfers by taxi can be arranged by hotel staff.
