Custom House Hotel is just across from the Excel Exhibition Centre and 2 stops from the O2 Arena via the Docklands Light Railway (DLR).
Custom House Station of the DLR is very close by. The city centre and London City Airport are just 10-minutes’ drive away. Rooms are good value, well-equipped and have an en suite power shower.
Ho Lee restaurant serves dishes from the Far East, and Custom House Pub has beer on tap and good-value, freshly cooked meals. Custom House Café/Bistro serves all-day breakfasts and a light menu throughout the day.

From the M25 North: At Junction 27 follow the M11 towards London City. On the M11, exit at the Junction 4 onto the A406 (towards Ilford, Barking and Excel). Once you have past Ilford and Barking, you will arrive at a huge roundabout. Follow the A1020 in the direction of City Airport/Excel. Pass Gallions roundabout, the Docklands Campus and the Regatta Centre and from there on follow the signs to Custom House/Canning Town. This will take you to Victoria Dock Road and the hotel will be on your right hand side, opposite the ExCeL and the Docklands Line Railway. From the M25 South: At Junction 30 take the A13 towards London City. Once you arrive at the huge roundabout take the A1020in the direction of City Airport/Excel. Pass Gallions roundabout, the Docklands Campus and the Regatta Centre and from there on follow the signs to Custom House/Canning Town. This will take you to Victoria Dock Road and the hotel will be on your right hand side, opposite the ExCeL and the Docklands Line Railway. From Stansted M11: Exit at the Junction 4 onto the A406 (towards Ilford, Barking and Excel). Once you have past Ilford and Barking, you will arrive at a huge roundabout. Follow the A1020 in the direction of City Airport/Excel. Pass Gallions roundabout, the Docklands Campus and the Regatta Centre and from there on follow the signs to Custom House/Canning Town. From Heathrow M4: At Junction 1 take the A406 pass Ealing, Wembley, Finchley, Southgate, Ilford and Barking. Once you arrive at the big roundabout follow the A1020 in the direction of City Airport/Excel. Pass Gallions roundabout, the Docklands Campus and the Regatta Centre and from there on follow the signs to Custom House/Canning Town. This will take you to Victoria Dock Road and the hotel will be on your right hand side, opposite the ExCeL and the Docklands Line Railway. From Gatwick M23: At Junction 7 take the M25 towards Dartford Tunnel (1.00 Crossing Fee). At Junction 30 follow the A13 towards London City. Once you arrive at the big roundabout follow the a1020 in the direction of City Airport/Excel. Pass Gallions roundabout, the Docklands Campus and the Regatta Centre and from there on follow the signs to Custom House/Canning Town. This will take you to Victoria Dock Road and the hotel will be on your right hand side, opposite the ExCeL and the Docklands Line Railway.
