The ambience and decoration have been created using objects and antique furnishings that Alain Ducasse has collected during his travels all over France.

The kitchen team is lead by Benoît Witz, a long-time disciple of Alain Ducasse and heir to his philosophy. Each day, he proposes two menus as well as à la carte dining, blending tradition and imagination.
From Nice or Marseille: - Take the A8 motorway and exit 35 for Brignoles. - At the 1st roundabout take turn right (for Toulon). - At the 2nd roundabout continue straight along for Abbaye de la Celle and Toulon. From Toulon: - Take the A57 motorway for Draguignan, Fréjus, Nice, Hyères. - Exit at number 10 for Brignoles, Draguignan, Le Luc. - At the roundabout, turn left (D43) for Rocbaron. - When you arrive at the roundabout or square follow on the D554. - When you arrive at a roundabout, exit for La Celle.
