Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

The hotel reception is open from 06:30 to 22:30 every weekday. On Saturdays, Sundays and bank-holidays, it is open from 06:30 to 12:30 and from 17:30 to 22:30. Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive during the hotel' s reception closing time. For any stay of 14 nights or longer, 25% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable if cancelled up to 7 days before the day of arrival.
