Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 12:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:30 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 43 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Deposit

A fixed amount of GBP 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 6.00 per night for cots. All children from 2 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

The full amount is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If making a reservation within 8 weeks then the full amount is required at the time of booking.
