Cancellations

If cancelled up to 43 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Deposit

A fixed amount of GBP 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 6.00 per night for cots. All children from 2 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
