Cancellations
If cancelled up to 43 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 6.00 per night for cots. All children from 2 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Restaurants and Bars
Situated adjacent to the reception, the Lounge Bar is an ideal place to meet with friends, enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail or just simply spend time relaxing. The bar is open throughout the day serving drinks, teas, coffees and snacks. Overlooking the indoor pool, the Coffee Shop is open throughout the day serving a selection of sandwiches and light snacks. Breakfast and dinner are served daily in Metropole’s spacious Dining Room. Special dietary or à la carte menus can be provided on request. And children are not forgotten - there is a menu especially for them.
