Just off junction 26 of the M62, the hotel is centrally located to all main business centres such as Bradford, Leeds and Manchester, as well as main traffic routes like the M1. In addition to this, the hotel itself can act as a venue for your business events; there are 3 conference rooms with a capacity of 2-120 people.

By Car: - Take the M62. - Exit at junction 26. - Follow the road marked A638 Dewsbury. - Continue on this road until you see a big town hall-like building on your left (actually an Indian Restaurant). - Take the next right after this building onto Scott Lane. - Carry on up this road until you go over an iron bridge. - Take the next left immediately after the bridge onto Prospect Road. - As you approach a bend to the left, the hotel is located on your right. From Dewsbury: - Follow the A638 through Cleckheaton town centre, until you can see a big town hall-like building on your right, then, as above.
