The Residence is 32 km from Gap, the Orcières-Merlette ski resort, nestled at the foot of the Ecrins mountain range. Week rental from Saturday to Saturday

The brand new Le Pra Palier apartment complex, located right in the centre of the resort, provides easy access to the ski slopes and resort services. The resort offers 86 apartments for 2 to 8 people including facilities such as: fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, small oven, bathroom or shower room. The apartments are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 16:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Arrival: Reception is only open between 16:00 and 20:00, so if you are going to arrive later than this, please call the hotel to arrange an appropriate time. For short stays, bed linen, television and cleaning of the apartment can be booked directly on-site at an additional cost.
