During your stay you can take advantage of the hotel's extensive leisure facilities, including an indoor 15-metre pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, pool and games room and the spa - Sanctuary at the Castle - which offers an extensive range of treatments.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Due to increased bank charges, a fee of 2.50 GBP per transaction will apply to guests who pay by credit card. Please note that we do not accept cheques as a method of payment on departure although they may be accepted 4 weeks prior to your stay on a deposit basis.
Up to 2 Children (aged up to 15 years old) stay and eat breakfast free, when sharing a standard room with 2 Adults.
By Car: - Leave the M6 at Junction 40 (Penrith). - Take the 1st exit (if traveling Northound from London etc.), or the 4th exit (if travelling Southbound from Scotland), signposted Keswick. - Follow the road until you reach the roundabout at the Rheghed Centre Services. - Take the 3rd exit onto the A66, signposted Keswick, Workington. - Continue to travel along the A66 enjoying some amazing scenery for approximately 48 km/ 30 miles until you see a signpost directing you to the Castle Inn. - The ‘Castle Inn' sign will direct you to turn right. - After this you should turn immediately right again passing a number of B&Bs on your left-hand side. - Stay on this road until you come to a junction. - Turn right at the junction and cross the bridge and follow the road until you reach the Castle Inn, which is at the very end of this road, on your left-hand side.
