Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

All children are welcome. All children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

If a guest is caught smoking inside, they will be ask to leave the premises and no refund will be given. Children/ Extra Beds: Please note that the Windsor Carlton does not supply baby cots.
