The Chef, Ric, uses his excellent culinary skills to maintain a bursting specials board, selecting prime steaks to cook-to-order, creating and preparing traditional Sunday roasts as well as delicious, homemade wholesome pies of the week. Everything is fresh and local suppliers are used wherever possible. In order to match the diversity and high standard of the food, the kitchen works closely with wine merchants to bring you the best and the most exciting wines to cater for every palate, preference and event. And, as not everyone is a wine fanatic, carefully selected draught and bottled beers as well as ales are available to make sure that everyone is catered for. Reservations for meals are recommended.
