Totally refurbished, Brookfield Hotel offers its clientele a stunning venue in which to congregate amongst friends, family or business associates. If you have not visited the Brookfield Hotel you will be unaware that guests find a complimentary duck in their bath - not a real one! A consequence of this policy is that we receive photos of our ducks from guests from all around the world. The cancellation charge will only be made if the room remains empty and we are unable to resell the room.

Ther Hermitage Restaurant is one of the hotel's most popular features and has deservedly won a National Restaurant Award. The Table D'hotel menu uses fresh produce and with its quietly attentive service in spacious surroundings ensures the restaurant is well frequented both by hotel guests and local people. The Hermitage Restaurant due to popular demand is non smoking, and booking in advance is recommended.
By train From London’s Waterloo station there is a fast or slow service to Havant station. You can also get to Havant from Southampton or Bournemouth. At Havant there is a taxi rank just outside the station which will cost approximately £3.00 to get to the hotel. From London Victoria, Gatwick Airport or Brighton stations you can catch a train directly to Emsworth but these can be very slow. N.B there is no taxi rank outside Emsworth station. Emsworth station: It is situated in North Street. Coming out of the station turn right into North Street and walk away from the railway bridge which crosses the street. Within five minutes you will arrive at a roundabout. At the roundabout take a right which takes you onto Havant Road (A259). Follow the road for one and a quarter miles The Brookfield Hotel is on the right hand side past the Texaco garage. By bus You can catch a bus from Havant (Nos. 27 or 36), Fareham (No. 63), Chichester (No. 11) or Portsmouth (No. 700). There are various bus stops along the way into Emsworth. Just tell the bus driver that you need to get off at The Brookfield Hotel and he will inform you of which stop you need. By car From the M27(A27) motorway in the direction of Chichester Eastbound). The Emsworth exit is very shortly after the Havant exit. If you miss it the next exit is Chichester 9 miles on. From the motorway follow the signs for Emsworth (A259). The hotel is about half a mile on the left hand side just before the Texaco garage. An alternative route is down the A3(M). Take the B2149 turnoff, follow the road until you get to a mini roundabout at Rowlands Castle. Take the second exit (forking left) down Whichers Gate Road (B2149). Following this road will eventually lead into Emsworth via going under the railway bridge and down North Street. You then get to another roundabout, take the right turn (A259) and the hotel is about one and a quarter miles on the right hand side past the Texaco garage. From Chichester take the A27 going towards Portsmouth coming off at the Emsworth exit, follow the signs to Emsworth (A259). The hotel is about half a mile on the left hand side, just before the Texaco garage.
