The Head Chef, Steve Ramsden, is classically trained with some of the industry greats, resulting in a unique culinary experience. His menus are based around locally sourced produce and this is reflected in the choice of suppliers to Peckforton Castle; the kitchen uses the Cheshire Smoke House, Burrows the award winning butcher in Bunbury, Williams of Flint for their Welsh Black Beef and fresh produce from the local farms. The restaurant Manager and staff are on hand to cater to your every whim, whether it be formal or informal dining. If you are looking for your own private dining room to entertain family and friends or simply a romantic meal for 2 overlooking the grassed Ward area, you simply have to ask. You can even start your evening in the candle-lit Wine Cellar, sipping on a glass of Pink Champagne, nibbling on some canapés whilst browsing the à la carte menu and extensive wine list.
