The hotel’s own on-site restaurant is Merchants, a hearty British brasserie. The brasserie offers no-nonsense wholesome cooking, with dishes made using only the finest ingredients and drawing inspiration from the bustling, unpretentious salons so common in capital cities. Merchants was founded on a profound belief in relaxed service, sophisticated surroundings and passion for great wines.
