By Car: - From Sligo town, proceed to the Carraroe Roundabout. - Take the R284 approach and follow signs to Ballygawley. - Castle Dargan is nearby Ballygawley on the Dromahair Road. - There is an alternative entrance from the Collooney Bypass Roundabout via the Dromahair Road. By Train: Sligo train station is located 10 minutes from Castle Dargan, with trains running to and from Dublin daily. By Bus: Bus Eireann provides daily bus services to and from all parts of the country. By Plane: Strandhill Airport is located a mere 20 minutes from Castle Dargan with 2 daily flights to and from Dublin. Knock International Airport is less than one hour from Castle Dargan with daily flights to and from Dublin and U.K. destinations.
