Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit: A EUR 750 deposit for your accommodation is due upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after inventory has been completed and verified. Electricity and water charges are compulsory and must be paid on site. Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end of stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence. The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 every day but Wednesdays.
