Menus: our menus offer Gascon specialities, such as "foie gras", "duck, "confits", and apple and armagnac tarts. All your meals are prepared with selected regional products. Our suppliers follow traditional methods of production, which are of the highest quality. Wines: a selection of wonderful regional wines is available to accompany your choice of dish.
