• You may check in from 15:00 hours until 18:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Payment Information: The remaining balance of your booking is requested one month before the date of arrival. Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 + EUR 50 for the cleaning is requested at the hotel. The cleaning at the end of the stay can be done by the guest or by the hotel at an additional charge. Opening hours : Monday to Friday and Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 For Stays of 2 to 6 nights, bed linen is included in the room rate (except July and August).
