About Pierre & Vacances La Villa Maldagora hotel
The Maldagora estate is located in a quiet and leafy setting 500 metres from the beach and overlooks the Nivelle golf course and St-Jean-de-Luz bay.
The Villa, which was built in the 1930s, harmoniously combines the neo-Basque style and the architecture of the period.
Apartments range from studios, 1 bedroom or 1/2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. All are fitted with fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms with bath and shower and TV Canal+.
Apartments on the ground floor have a garden and other apartments offer a balcony that look out over the heated swimming pool.
This beautiful resort is situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains at the gateway to Spain.

Cancellations
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Important Information
DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 20 December 2008 to 04 April 2009 the hotel reception is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday. From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday in April and October.
Room information
In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace, balcony or loggia with garden furniture. A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. Then take the RN10 towards Ciboure town centre. Follow the Avenue Jean Jaurès, then take the exit on the left, go under the railway line and turn right onto Avenue F. Mitterrand, following the signs for Nivelle golf course. At the entrance to the course, follow signs for “Olhette” on the Rue Arnaud Massy and lastly the Avenue F. Picherit. Follow the signs for Pierre & Vacances: the entrance to the Maldagora estate is on the left. BY TRAIN SAINT-JEAN-DE-LUZ RAILWAY STATION (2 km). • Transfer by taxi.
