If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00 Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 on Fridays, from 07:00 to 00:00 on Saturdays and from 08:00 to 20:00 on Sundays. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
In addition to the facilities already listed, the apartments feature a kitchen area with hotplates or ceramic hobs, oven or grill/microwave, an electric coffee-maker, and a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture.
