Pierre & Vacances Belles Rives, Argentat

Situated on the left bank of the Dordogne overlooking the river, this Residence enjoys an exceptional location opposite the magnificent old village of Argentat. The 3 one-floor buildings with stone-coloured façades stand in the heart of a beautiful garden. All apartments offer a view over the Dordogne. The architecture is broken up by tiered natural slate roofing, outside stairways, pergolas and wooden balustrades.

Opening hours:
- From Sunday to Friday: 9 am to noon and 5 pm to 8 pm.
- Saturday: 8 am to noon and 2 pm to 10 pm.
- Closed Wednesday.
Note: Please inform the site about arrivals outside the reception’s opening days and times.

FROM JULY 15 TO AUGUST 26: MINIMUM STAY OF ONE WEEK, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ONLY ON SATURDAY.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 09:00 until 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. The reception is closed on Wednesdays in April and October. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
