Located in a calm street calm near the Eiffel tower, at 10 mn of the Champs Elysées. Some of the rooms open on a small yard, the other on a garden. All of our rooms are equipped with bath or shower. Some of them are also air-conditionned.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
