Nestled on the banks of the lake Vingeanne and only 15 kms to the south of Langres and 50 kms to the north of Dijon, the residence is set in 4 hectares of greenery and consists of 60 individual or semi-detached wooden chalets situated in a private ground covering 300 m². Each chalet can accommodate 4-6 people. At your disposal on site: outdoor heated swimming pool (12 m x 8 m) with basin, beach on the lake, children’s playground, reception with lounge, a snack-bar and parking.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Key collection: Your accommodation will be available from 17:00. Your keys can be collected from the reception upon presentation of your booking confirmation. Reception opening hours: Check-in service is available on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. Late arrivals: If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the hotel in advance. Deposit: A deposit (EUR 260) for your accommodation is due upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after inventory has been completed and verified. Services: An additional charge is necessary for sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence. Reservations must be for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Other booking options are available. The residence may cancel any reservation that does not comply with these conditions after informing the client.
