Cancellations
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Important Information
DEPOSIT A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception opening times: Monday-Thursday: 09:00-12:00 / 17:00-19:00. Friday: 09:00-12:00 / 16:00-20:00. Saturday: 07:30-22:00. Sunday: 08:00-12:00 / 16:00-19:30. Important: in case of arrival outside opening times of the reception, please contact the residence.
Room information
In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are equipped with 4 electric hobs, sheets, one pillowcase per person, bathroom linen, 2 dishcloths per apartment, a cleaning kit and duvets. The room rates include the end of stay cleaning (kitchen area and cutlery excluded), and the phones are available at an additional cost. Some apartments also feature facilities for the disabled.
