Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.46 city/tourist tax per person older than 11 years per night is not included.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 20 December 2008 to 18 April 2009 the reception is open Monday through Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 22:00, Saturday from 07:30 to 22:00 and Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:30. From 04 July to 22 August 2009 reception is open Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday.
