Residence Maeva L'Aiguille, Chamonix (Rhone Alpes)

The residence lies in Chamonix, close to the shops and 100m away from the cable car up to the Aiguille du Midi, in a protected natural area that belongs to the Unesco World Heritage.


It boasts a tremendous location in a square, near the shopping centre and the pedestrian area. Moreover, it is the ideal place to benefit from outdoor activities such as skiing, snow-shoe walking, hiking, paragliding and climbing.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure following an inventory. Reception opening times: Monday-Thursday: 09:00-12:00 / 17:00-19:00. Friday: 09:00-12:00 / 16:00-20:00. Saturday: 07:30-22:00. Sunday: 08:00-12:00 / 17:00-19:30. In the case of arrival outside these hours, please contact the residence in advance.
