Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.34 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Check-in: The reception opening hours from 28 March to 31 October 2009 are as follows: Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 If you plan to arrive outside these hours please contact the residence in advance. Reception is located on the Hameau des Sports in the Marina de Talaris. A security deposit of EUR 500 is requested upon arrival. It is refundable following an inventory upon departure. Breakfast: Please note that breakfast is not served on Sundays.
