Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 15:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.90 per hour.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Groups

When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
