Welcome to our City Partner Hotel Alter Speicher, located directly in the historic part of the old town of the Hanseatic city Wismar, near the Baltic Sea.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for cots. Our rooms are in five historic buildings, every room is unique, but all of them are furnished the same way: shower and toilet, colour tv, radio, minibar, safe, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and telephone. Furthermore, we have some non-smoking rooms to your disposal (only on request). Please pay attention to the fact, that the bookable rooms are normally rooms of the smallest category, if you are intersted in a room of the larger categories please do not hesitate to contact us for the surcharge.
The City Partner Hotel Alter Speicher belongs to the upper gastronomy of Wismar. In cosy designed rooms with brass, natural wood, granite, exclusive materials, dinnerware and furniture we spoil the eye of the epicure. Here you can enjoy the new cuisine of Mecklenburg.
