Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 55 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 2.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 3.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 1.00 per hour.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
