Hotel Residence is strategically set near the historical centre of Parma (about 1000 meters), just outside the pedestrian area.
The hotel is only a few minutes away from the Tardini Stadium, Regio Theatre, Auditorium Paganini and the E.F.S.A. headquarters (connected by bus). A bus line also connects the hotel directly to the main attractions in the area.
Housed in an art nouveau building, with a garden, Hotel Residence offers all comforts in a relaxing atmosphere. Free parking space is provided. Garage service and bicycle renting are available at an additional cost.

The hotel is on the right-hand side of the road before you reach the city centre.
