Residence Alessio offers a pleasant and entertaining holiday in the Lake Garda area. Enjoy a beautiful view from the balcony, terrace or mansard of your flat.

Alessio Residence's garden lawn is equipped with grill, deck chairs and tables.

Children can have fun in the dedicated playground or small swimming pool, while the adults can enjoy the larger swimming pool (12.5 x 6.5 metres).

A parking and a garage for motorbikes, a storage room for bicycles and a laundry, are other useful facilities of Residence Alessio that will add comfort to your stay.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
