Antonio and Giuseppe La Rosa’s restaurant (1 Michelin star) is situated right in the heart of Baroque, in the former stables of an old mansion. Tastefully renovated, the dining halls are the ideal place for different services, such as Wine-bar, American Bar and Cigar List. The cuisine includes fish and meat dishes and a vast choice of wines (over 700 on the list) and oils. Our cuisine is based on local tradition, offering refined and elegantly presented dishes: Mackerel with tender courgette leaves and tomato “capuliatu”, Carob ravioli stuffed with D.P.O. Ragusano cheese, Lasagnette with plain cocoa and ricotta cheese, Noodles with carob, tuna roe and cherry tomatoes, Rabbit with bacon and Bronte pistachio, Yellow-fin tuna on Modica Caponata, Ragusano cheese dessert with thyme honey on a puff pastry: these are only some of the specialities suggested by our chef Vincenzo Candiano according to the course of the seasons.
