Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

Extra costs: Towels and tea towels are not supplied. A towel set is available at an additional cost. Breakage deposit: A deposit of EUR 150 per apartment is payable in cash at check-in. This amount is returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Extra guests: No guests other than those who booked may stay in the apartments. Keys for the apartments are available at the office located at 20-26 Avinguda de Grecia, LEstartit. Guests who expect to arrive outside of reception hours should call the telephone number provided on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
