Restaurants and BarsFor those who wish to stay for lunch or dinner we offer carefully and slowly cooked traditional food. On Saturdays we have the popular “cocido” (stew made of meat, bacon, and chickpeas) which wakens your senses since early in the morning. But not less popular are the “carillas” with tomato (a small soft bean grown in this area), tomato soup, asparagus from “La Vera”, lean with peppers, fried piglet or kid and good beef. We must not leave out the vegetables and fruits of the land which you can taste any other day of the week.
