The Apartamentos Jademar offers comfortable apartments at a great location. Offering excellent facilities, the complex is situated 5 minutes’ walking from the town centre and only 350 metre from the beach.
All apartments are thoroughly clean, fully furnished and well equipped. The rate includes use of water, electricity and gas, bed linen and weekly change of linen. The apartments can host up to 4 people.
The many facilities at the property include an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a gym.
Apartamentos Jademar is close to the Illes Medes, a marine fauna and flora reserve, considered one of the most important in the western Mediterranean, and nice restaurants serving typical local cuisine are found nearby as well.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

Keys for the apartment should be collected from the office at Avenida de Grecia, 20-26, L’Estartit. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of office hours must call the property directly in advance; contact details appear on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation will be made at check-in. This payment will be cancelled once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Towels and tea towels are not supplied. A towel set is available at an additional cost.
